Founded in 1929 for the production of abrasive rubber, it became part of the group Rosver through acquisition in May 2022.

The advantages of rubber wheels
The combined use of synthetic and natural rubber allows for a tough, resilient and flexible mix. Rubber wheels cushion the cut and adapt to the surface to be worked without damaging the piece or changing its geometry, reaching extremely difficult points. Low noise, they release less dust than other products and can be used effectively on both manual and automatic machines.
Grinding wheels with shank, disc, ring and cup wheels, files, plates, cubes and refresher blocks, all with rubber mixture.

Most frequent applications
Siapi Smartech grinding wheels have many uses: from finishing the inside of cooking pots to polishing moulds, from removing welding seams to polishing metal wire, from finishing stainless steel furniture to polishing jewellery, up to the processing of parts for machines in the pharmaceutical and food sectors and the processing of holes, all the way to the nautical sector.

In addition to the already tested and effective technological solutions available in stock, a new type of “tailor made” products is available, with the aim of providing the most suitable grinding wheels for each individual customer, made with sartorial care to obtain the best results in each phase of the process.
